Terms & Conditions

Player agrees and becomes a Party to the Rules: By use of the Web
sites, opening an account at a Web site, playing at the casino,
use and reuse of such an account, participating in the game, or
acceptance of any prize, player hereby represents, warrants and
certifies all of the following:

Player fully understands, agrees to, becomes a party to and shall
abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained
herein and as such rules; regulations, terms and conditions may
change from time-to-time.

The
Casino is restricted to players of legal age of Majority (i.e.
player is an adult as that term is defined in players jurisdiction)

Player shall not allow any other person or third party
including, without limitation, any minor, to participate in the
games.

The activities and games of the Casino are open only
to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is
legal and not prohibited. Player acknowledges that it is their
sole responsibility to understand laws in their jurisdiction, which
may prohibit participation of the online casino facility. Such
laws may disqualify players from participating and nullify eligibility.

The Casino reserves the right to request proof of age
at any time to ensure the prohibition of play by minors.

Playing at The Casino is prohibited to all employees,
of the The Casino, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners,
retailers, other affiliated companies and members of their immediate
families.

The Player understands that the game is for entertainment
value only and at the players sole option. Player
understands and acknowledges that no purchase is necessary or required
to play the Game.

If the player wishes to play without betting money,
he/she may do so.

By placing real wagers, the player warrants that he/she
is legally able to do so within his/her jurisdiction and that he/she
accepts that we are unable to provide any warranties as to their
legality or otherwise of their participation in real money play.

The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account
for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any
balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be
credited to your credit card and/or sent to you by check. However,
The Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to
void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Casino account
in any of the following circumstances:

If
you have more than one active account for the Casino; |
II) |
If the name on your Casino account does not match
the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases on
your Casino account; |
III) |
If you participate in a Casino promotion and cash-in
before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion; |
IV) |
If you provide incorrect or misleading registration
information; |
V) |
If you are not of legal age; |
VI) |
If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or
unintentionally) someone else to play on your Casino account; |
VII) |
If you have not played at the Casino on an individual
basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have
played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s)
as part of a club, group, etc.); |
VIII) |
If you have "charged back" any of the purchases
made with your credit card/firepay
card or any other purchase method whatsoever on your Casino account; |
IX) |
If you are found cheating or if it is determined by
The Casino that you have employed or made use of a system
(including machines, computers, software or other automated
systems) designed specifically to defeat the Casino; OR |
X) |
If The Casino should become aware that you have played
at any other on-line casino under any of the circumstances
set out at I) to IX) above. |

The Casino reserves the right to close Real accounts
registered from certain countries. This policy was introduced
after high volume credit card fraud originated in these countries.
Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than
the amount of the purchases made on the account. We apologize
to the customers from the countries detailed below for the
inconvenience caused.
The countries are from certain parts of South East Asia, Eastern Europe
and Southern Africa. |

All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed.
You have to provide us copy of your proof of identity, address, copies
of credit cards, an approval signed purchase history and/or other
appropriate documentation when withdrawing credits. Your proof of
identity Must Exactly Match with your registered name and surname.
If you fail to provide the necessary documentation after we requested
as such or submit fraudulent documentation, your account will be
locked and all winnings and/or cash-in will be Void and/or your cash-in
will be token refunded to your casino account. Any Amount Less Than
¥400 Will Not Be Cashed out, And will be credited back to your Casino
Account.

By accepting any prize and/or winnings from The Casino,
you consent to the use of your name for advertising and promotional
purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited
by law.

If
you have any dispute with regard to any outcome in the Game, you
must submit your complaint to The Casino in writing within fourteen
(14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing
on your Casino software and the Casino's server software, the result
showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official and
governing result of the Game.

You
are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or
winnings that you collect from The Casino.

The
Casino reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice
to you, to add new activities or games to the Casino or to discontinue
any activity or game of the Casino at any time.

If you do not log onto your Casino account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be transferred to a suspense account at The Casino.

You
are solely responsible for keeping your account number and password
secure and secret. You shall not allow any other person or third
party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your
account, access and/or use any materials or information from the
Web site, accept any Prize, or participate in the Games. You are
solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may occur
on your account.

The
Casino shall not be required to maintain user names or passwords
if the Player misplaces, forgets, loses, or is otherwise unable to
enter the Casino because of anything other than The Casino's error.

The
Casino shall not be liable for computer or Internet malfunctions
nor attempts by the Player to participate in the Game by methods,
means or ways not intended by The Casino.

Personal
information supplied at the time of registration or at any time
thereafter will only be used for the purpose of determining the
legitimacy of account registrations and activity. The Casino
will keep all personal account information relating to the player
confidential, save that The Casino may disclose information whe
re required by law to appropriate authorities for the prevention
and detection of crime or any other duly authorised purpose of
any public authority, or pursuant to the order of any competent
court. Where applicable The Casino may also convey personal and
account information to a third party for use in the recovery of
any sums owed to The Casino by the player.

You
shall hold The Casino, its employees, officers, directors, licensees,
distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising,
promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers
harmless and shall fully indemnify same from any and all costs, expenses,
liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of:
(i) your entry, use, or reuse of the Web site, (ii) your use of any
materials at the Web site, (iii) your entry, use, or reuse of the
Casino's server, (iv) your participation in the Game, or, (v) your
acceptance of any prize.

'The
Casino' is the trade name of The Casino, and you obtain no rights
to such term, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies,
by using the Web site and the material contained therein.

The
casino operates in Kahnawake and is licenced under the terms of Kahnawake
Gaming Commission, Canada.

Materials
of the Game (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other
means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged,
altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or
electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorized legitimate
channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical,
mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Liability for materials
of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement of same.

Any
and all materials submitted for prize claims become the property
of The Casino and will not be returned. The Casino is not responsible
for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected,
or postage due mail, requests, prize claims or entries.

Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or
to implement or amend any procedures, at any time without prior notice
to you. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of
the Casino management and put into immediate effect. Such procedural
changes will only be in response to the interests and security of
the Casino or the players.

The
Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final
and exclusive agreement between you and The Casino and supersede
and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings
between you and The Casino with regards to playing in the Casino.

Any criminal or suspicious activities will be reported.

Players
must play in the currency of the country in which they reside if
it is available. If the home currency is not available players must
play in US Dollars. Should players not observe this rule their bonuses
will be removed.
